The search for Crosspoint’s next Senior Pastor will be conducted with prayer, care, and intentionality. Crosspoint is working with a professional pastoral search firm that will guide the search process, evaluate potential candidates based on the established qualifications and job description, and manage communication with candidates throughout the process.
Our desire is not simply to fill a position. We are seeking the pastor God has called to shepherd this church family, faithfully teach His Word, equip His people, and lead Crosspoint into the next chapter of our mission in Missoula and beyond.
